ENTRY TO RECORDING ON MAY 16TH

Tickets for the private TG recording session will be available to all who purchased tickets for the proposed RE~TG event on May 14-16th.
This event has been arranged specifically for all existing RE~TG ticket purchasers AND chalet sharers so please be reassured that you will be admitted.

All Tickets will be held for collection at the venue on the day of the recording.
THEY WILL NOT BE MAILED OUT AS PREVIOUSLY REPORTED.
You will be emailed confirmation of this on Tuesday May 11th and to gain entry into the recording simply bring photo ID and an email confirmation of your booking for the original RE~TG event.
If you were part of the share a chalet scheme or have a problem with your booking, then email Helen Cottage or Barry Hogan and we will advise you on how to gain entry to the recording. Email addresses are as follows:

The venue is centrally located, right next to Tottenham Court Road Underground tube station.
Tottenham Court Road station is on the Central and Northen Underground lines.

TIMES:
4.00pm : doors open
5.00pm : recording starts
6.30pm : finish
The Curfew is 7.00pm.

ADMISSION IS FREE

PLEASE NOTE
There will be NO admission without proof of a RE~TG ticket purchase.
Those who intended to buy but did NOT buy tickets will NOT be admitted.
There will be NO admissions once the recording session has commenced.
So get there before 5.00pm!!!
